Salvation is a lifelong journey that transforms our heart into the heart of Jesus. At FUMC Bryant, there are many ways in which we grow as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. In worship, we celebrate who Christ is, what he did, and what he is doing in the world today. In times of personal devotion and prayer, we develop spiritual disciplines to help us mature as Christ's followers. In classes and small groups, our leaders equip us so that we can carry out the work of ministry. Lifelong friendships develop in Sunday school classes and other small groups. As iron sharpens iron, we help each other grow as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.
Jesus said that others would know his followers by their love for one another. At FUMC Bryant we care for all in an atmosphere of love and acceptance. Here are just a few of the ways in which we hope to love one another as Christ loved us:
Pastoral Care & Counseling
If you'd like to visit with a pastor about a particular life issue, if you're preparing for marriage, or dealing with grief, please email the Church Office or call us at (501) 847-0226 to arrange an appointment.
Hospital Visitation Team
This team of lay people visits members of our church family when they are hospitalized overnight or for an extended period of time. Please email the Church Office or call us at (501) 847-0226 to let us know about hospitalization. If you would like to receive training to serve on this team, please contact Bro. Hammett.
If you are becoming a first-time parent and would like to know about what our church offers to families with newborns, please contact Christina Cereghini.
Occasionally we offer support groups for people and families who are grieving, dealing with divorce, or other concerns. Check the newsletter and worship announcements for more information.
Generosity is one of the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22), and Jesus taught us that sharing what we have with others is a vital part of the Christian life (Matthew 25:34-40).
At FUMC Bryant, sharing is an act of worship and enables us to grow as faithful disciples, care for all, and serve human needs in our local and world community. There is an opportunity to give each Sunday during the offering. Some families may find it more convenient to arrange electronic funds transfer through their bank. You may also give by mailing a check to:

Memorial Gifts may be made to FUMC Bryant in memory of loved ones who have died, to honor living persons, or to celebrate anniversaries or other special events.
Through our Endowment Fund, families may leave a legacy at FUMC Bryant by including a charitable bequest as part of their will or trust.
For any questions regarding ways to share or to request a statement of your giving year-to-date, please contact Melinda Egendoerfer.
